Our Milk Kart significantly reduces time and labour compared to manual mixing.
It is suitable to transport up to 170 litres of whole milk or liquid milk replacer around the farm for feeding a large number of calves. Fitted with braked, castor swivel wheels (10") on the rear to provide maximum manoeuvrability and non-corrosive plastic rimmed front wheels.
Our Mixer & Pump Milk Kart features a high output pump which dispenses up to 36 Litres/min and 7,500 Litres on a single charge (44 x 170 Litre fills). The pump is mounted directly to the frame and housed with the battery in a protective case. The 170 L Milk Kart is capable of mixing a 20kg bag of milk replacer in just 4 minutes feeding 56 calves with ease (3 Ltr per calf). The mixer provides a smooth blend through vortex-enhanced mixing, which eliminates the separation of nutrients and / or foaming of milk. The mixer motor works on a 16amp plug and the kart comes with a charger which connects to the side of the battery housing for easing charging.
This model eliminates the need to lift heavy buckets over gates and barriers helping to reduce the physical stress on the body and significantly reduces time and labour compared to manual mixing.
