A high-performance, moisture-curing polyurethane adhesive (PUR-prepolymer) designed for use with the Egger Advanced Structural Flooring System. Manufactured to BS EN 204 Class D4 standards, this adhesive provides reliable, long-lasting bonds between tongue-and-groove board joints.
Its unique expanding action foams out of the board joints after application, filling gaps and preventing moisture ingress.

APPLICATIONS:Used for bonding tongue-and-groove board joints and sealing cut or exposed edges in Egger structural chipboard boards.
INSTALLATION GUIDANCE:Apply two parallel 5 mm beads along the shoulder of the tongue at each joint. When boards are butted tightly, the glue should foam out of the joint — visible from below once set.
SAFETY NOTES:Contains MDI — can irritate skin, eyes, and respiratory system. Follow the MSDS for safe handling.
