Waterproof Membrane - HydroDRY PRO® is a 4 layer fabric consisting of wicking abrasion resistance lining, protective open cell foam, non-porous membrane and protective tricot. These layers are flame laminated together (to reduce glue usage which can impede breathability) to create the 4 layer fabric. Breathability MVT* test method EN ISO 20345 of 35.2mg/cm². The fabric is constructed into a fully taped bootie on the inside of the product. Foams, backers and materials used in internal construction are non-wicking. Leathers, meshes and outer materials (such as the leathers) have a Durable Water Repellent finish to help prevent these materials absorbing water (which would make the product heavier, feel colder).. Sole - Vibram® XS Trek rubber outsole - Rubber compound with; optimal balance of traction and durability responsive on unpredictable terrain engineered for stability and comfort.. Footbed - Ortholite is the leading manufacturer of insoles for the world’s leading footwear brands. Unlike traditional insoles, the compression set of these insoles is less than 5% over time so the cushioning and fit never change inside the shoe, providing maximum comfort every time you put your shoes on. Ortholite’s open-cell PU foam is 95% to 100% breathable, allowing air to circulate in and around the insole, keeping the foot cooler inside the shoe.
