The illuminated gas chicken grill with rotisserie from Royal Catering features an energy-saving infrared ceramic burner with a honeycomb structure that minimises gas use while delivering 3 x 5 kW of intense, even heat. Each of the three 75 cm spits can be controlled independently and holds up to 5 chickens or 5 kg of meat. The adjustable burner-to-skewer distance lets you fine-tune the cooking process for juicy meat and crispy skin. A motor with metal gearbox and a cooling fan safeguard internal components for long-term reliability. The integrated gas valve with thermocouple automatically shuts off the gas if the flame goes out. Thick stainless steel housing and removable tempered glass doors offer excellent durability, hygiene, and resistance to corrosion. The unit is pre-set for I3B/P(50) gas and includes injector sets for switching to LPG or natural gas with ease.
