This beautiful teak root fluted vases are handcrafted from excavated old teak roots to make a gorgeous product from used timber. When teak trees were forested heavily in the 70's thousands of teak roots were left to rot in the land where the trees had been felled. Now our suppliers are working to remove all the roots from this land to enable replanting and reforestation of the unused wasteland. The roots are removed and re-crafted into beautiful products such as teak root tables and accessories. A fabulously sustainable piece of homeware that not only looks stunning but can also be used indoors or outdoors.Each vase has its own character and the sizes may vary, the vase will have cracks and shakes due to its sustainable nature which adds to the attractive appearance of these great one-off artefact pieces.Delivery calculated at checkout
