Provita Jump Start is a high-energy nutritional supplement designed to give newborn lambs the best possible start in life. It provides a concentrated source of energy, minerals and vitamins to help boost weak or slow lambs, encouraging them to get up and suckle quickly.
The formula contains three different energy sources that provide both immediate and sustained energy. It also includes egg powder to help minimise digestive upset, along with 14 essential minerals and vitamins at high levels.
Elevated levels of Cobalt, Selenium, Vitamin B12 and Vitamin E are included to help counteract nutritional deficiencies that can lead to conditions such as white muscle disease and pining.
WHEN TO USE:Administer to lambs as soon as possible after birth, particularly if they are weak, slow to stand or have experienced a difficult birth. It is especially beneficial for lambs born in triplets or quadruplets, as they lose energy and body heat more quickly.
